This lot is only <br /> '_9 , 500 sq. ft. in area. A variance of slightly over <br /> 24, 000 sq. ft. is necessary. <br /> There is somewhat a problem here. we have three <br /> �acant lots right in a row. This lot is the middle <br /> �ne so we have one substandard lot on either side <br /> �f this one. Each of the three lots is slightly <br /> ',ess than 1/2 the required area.
