Mr. Frank felt that extra depth for borings were <br /> • unnecessary. <br /> � 2. Mr. Frank felt that lesser angle of friction <br /> is satisfactory. <br /> • <br /> 3. No comments. <br /> � <br /> • I�Ir. Rudy Hartmann, 2703 Kelly Avenue , commented <br /> that we, the Homeowners Association, are proposing <br /> � a plan 60o greater in strength than wood. <br /> � Mr. Scotty Ellis , 2701 Kelly Avenue, has stated <br /> that riprap is cheaper and more adaptable than <br /> � aluminum sheeting. Mr. Rudy Hartmann also commented <br /> that we have eliminated sheeting and dredging on , <br /> � l�ir. Ellis ' property and the total plan has been <br /> • approved by the Homeowners Association 8 out of 10. <br /> � Mr. Ellis stated that the Homeowners Association has <br /> a proposal of $35. 00-$70 . 00/ton for riprap not <br /> � $120. 00/ton as implied by Mr. Hartmann. <br /> � riayor Van Nest: 6Vas the Homeowners Association <br /> • aware of this? <br /> • P-9e. Update agreement <br /> � 2. Provide safety lifeline <br /> 3. Verify west side as it exists today stipulating <br /> � that there will be no changes� <br /> 4. Proper anchorage of sheeting near the Hartmann <br /> � residence <br /> � 5. Engineer' s Certificate of approval <br /> 6. Hold Iiarmless Agreement <br /> � 7.
