Rudy Hartmann, 2703 Kelly Avenue , commented that we, the Homeowners Association, are proposing � a plan 60o greater in strength than wood. � Mr. Scotty Ellis , 2701 Kelly Avenue, has stated that riprap is cheaper and more adaptable than � aluminum sheeting. Mr. Rudy Hartmann also commented that we have eliminated sheeting and dredging on , � l�ir. Ellis ' property and the total plan has been • approved by the Homeowners Association 8 out of 10. � Mr. Ellis stated that the Homeowners Association has a proposal of $35. 00-$70 . 00/ton for riprap not � $120. 00/ton as implied by Mr. Hartmann. � riayor Van Nest: 6Vas the Homeowners Association • aware of this? • P-9e. The present proposal is to maintain what does exist. • • Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to approve the application for Walter' s Port, subject to: � l. Update agreement � 2. Provide safety lifeline 3. Verify west side as it exists today stipulating � that there will be no changes� 4. Proper anchorage of sheeting near the Hartmann � residence � 5. Engineer' s Certificate of approval 6. Hold Iiarmless Agreement � 7. As per Planning Commission recommendations. � Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . � � � � �
