Also <br /> approved metal seawall for east shoreline of <br /> channel and lagoon and riprap of north shoreline <br /> of lagoon. Deferred action on shoreline protection <br /> as proposed for west wall because several members <br /> of the association did not agree with proposal as <br /> submitted. Council also concerned with proposed <br /> west wall protection because of necessity for use <br /> of City right of ways for anchoring seawall. <br /> Conflicts with City regulations for use of public <br /> lands for private improvements and benefit. <br /> Council directed the City engineer to continue <br /> reviewing proposal and report back with most <br /> logical solution. _ <br /> � <br /> Staff - May 19, 1977 <br /> Latest report received from the City Engineer. <br /> �, Council Meeting - May 23, 1977 <br /> �Directed applicant to submit final proposal in <br /> detail with approval from Association.
