No comments from the Planning Commission. PLANNING COMMISSION �. Otto Christensen, Luce Line Trail Planner, LUCE LINE TRAIL discussed with the City Council a preliminary Rest Area design for an 18-acre rest area located at Willow Drive and the DNR Trail. The area will be Sdesigned to accommodate users of the trail as a rest area and horse, ski, and bicycle trails. Mr. Christensen stated that the area will not be used for camping, parking, or any over night uses. �A fence will be constructed on three sides with •proper signing listing permitted uses of the area. Mr. Charles Ringer, 405 Willow Drive South, stated that he and a number of neighbors feel that this proposed rest area will be a favorable addition to the area. � Mayor Van Nest asked if there were any other comments from the audience--there were none. �Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to give •conceptual approval of the DNR plans for a rest area on Willow Drive and the Luce Line Trail.
