The following members of the Orono Council were present: Mayor Van Nest, Councilmembers Butler, Massengale, and Welsh. Councilmember Paurus absent. Also present: City Administrator Benson. Dick Benson, City Administrator, informed the City Council that the official newspapers were notified of the special Council meeting. Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to approve as MINNEHAHA CREEK WATER- amended the letter to David Cochran, Minnehaha SHED DISTRICT LETTER Creek Watershed District. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
