P�otion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Mr. Glenn Hawkyard recommended no change in RICHARD TIEGEN <br /> valuation for Richard Tiegen, Plat 43240 43240 - 5600._& 5800 <br /> Parcels 5600-5800, also, the following memo <br /> dated June 2, 1977 from Henry Muhich, Building & <br /> Zoning Administrator, regarding vacant property <br /> at County Road #151 and West Point Avenue, was <br /> read into the record: <br /> Mr. Tiegen' s vacant property here consis�s of six <br /> adjoining, substandard lots, each containing , <br /> approximately 1/6 of an acre. The zoning <br /> classification in this district is LR-1B (minimum <br /> 1 acre with minimum 140 ` lot width) . <br /> If these lots were combined, they would qualify <br /> as a building sit� as the combined parcel would <br /> exceed both the minimum lot width and area. No <br /> variances would be necessary. <br /> When this area was sewered, the individual 1/6 <br /> acre lots were each assessed l/6 of the unit assess- <br /> ment. This is more justification that the property <br /> could be combined as one building site only. <br /> My recommendation here would be combining the six <br /> lots as one parcel and assessing the property for � <br /> , tax purposes at a valuation similar to other <br /> properties in the area. <br /> Butler moved, Massengale seconded, that there be <br /> no change in valuation for Richard Tiegen, Plat <br /> 43240, Parcels 5600 & 5800.
