(This was due prior <br /> � to the Planning Comr►ission meeting of <br /> February 7, 1977 and is still expected <br /> � by February 14, 1977. ) <br /> � 2. Engineer' s safety report. Inspection <br /> occurred February 11, 1977; report due <br /> � next week but most likely not before <br /> Council meeting. <br /> � <br /> Mr. John F. Bonner, attorney for Ski-Tonka, entered <br /> � into the record that his letter to Mr. Alan Olson <br /> stated that: <br /> � <br /> . Enclosed herewith pursuant to your letter dated <br /> January 25, 1977, is a License Application, <br /> � together with addenda and $100 license fee. <br /> � As you recall, it is our intention that this License <br /> Application cover the entire ski operation, operation <br /> � under the license with respect to that portion of <br /> • the area designated by you as Phase II to await <br /> final zoning approval. I understand that authority <br /> � for the granting of the single rather than multiple <br /> lic�xise to be 69A. 010 (b) Municipal Code of Orono <br /> � which defines ski area as: <br /> � "A designated piece of land, including any and <br /> all buildings and related structures thereon, <br /> S which is kept, used, maintained, advertised as, <br /> � or held out to the public as an area primarily <br /> for those seeking recreation in the form of <br /> ,� skiing.
