The proposal consists (Continued) <br /> � f•extending second floor roof line over <br /> existing single story portion of house toward <br /> � the road and an 8 ' X 16 ' enclosed addition to <br /> the rear. Although, the second story addition <br /> � is located only 65 ' from the shoreline, it would <br /> not add to the present hardcover. The 8 ' X 16" <br /> '� addition exceeds the required 75 ' lakeshore set- <br /> • back requirement. He stated the addition wou�d � <br /> not impair the vision of the neighbors. i <br /> � The Commission recommended approval of the lot <br /> � variances and addition to a non-conforming <br /> structure on the condition the applicant obtain <br /> • a letter of no objection to the proposal from <br /> � the neighbor at 3550 Ivy Place.
