Paul Boeye (deceased) were filed as recently as <br /> December 6 , 1976 , listing Alii O. and Fern K. <br /> • Tezel as trustees. <br /> � Planning Cor,unission r4eeting - January 3, 1977 <br /> � Tabled - no revised plan. <br /> � Staff - January 17, 1977 <br /> � Memo to Administrator regarding contractor, <br /> * Mr. Larnbin, pressing for building permit on <br /> this property. We should be somewhat careful <br /> � here to prevent possible future problems like we <br /> are now having with the P4arge Gasch-Lorraine Parten <br /> � project. <br /> � planning Commission rleeting - January 17, 1977 <br /> � Mr. Wilensky from Brauer & Associates was present. <br /> � We expressed our concern over issuing building <br /> permit without completed plat. He assured us <br /> � he would be submitting revised plat shortly so <br /> platting procedures would continue. <br /> � <br /> * The Zoning Administrator informed the Planning <br /> Comr,iission that the sketch of the revised plat <br /> � included some changes on the marsh land perir:�eter <br /> as designated by the Soil Conservation District <br /> � and, therefore, could result in a problem with <br /> setbacks or dry buildable lot areas. <br /> � <br /> Staff - January 18, 1977 <br /> � <br /> ` Jim Anderson of Hennepin County Soil Conservation <br /> District called to inquire whether we wanted wet- <br /> � lands designation reaffirmed for developer. I <br /> informed his that we were interested for building <br /> contractor �benefit. His response was that he might <br /> find some difficulty getting to it for several <br /> � months because of frozen conditions. <br /> � Staff - January 21, 1977 <br /> �everal times during the week the contractor, Mr. <br /> � Lambin, has been in requesting a building perr.tit <br /> for Lot 6 of the revised proposal plat.
