Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> � Dick Benson, City Administrator, informed the FRONT END LOADER <br /> � City Council that after reviewing all bids <br /> received by the City for a Front End Loader, it <br /> � is in the best interest of the City of Orono to <br /> reject all bids as subnitted by Valley Equipment <br /> � Company, Ziegler, Inc. , and Long Lake Ford Tractor, <br /> • Inc. and readvertise, eliminating the coupler, <br /> plow, wing, five-year maintenance guarantee and <br /> + five-year buy back stipulation. This procedure <br /> will allow a more competitive bidding procedure <br /> � and eliminate excessive costs to the City.
