City Council that the City is in receipt of a <br /> letter from E. A. Hickok & Associates to the <br /> � Minnehaha Creek Watershed District stating <br /> � that: <br /> + The most recent proposal for using French Lake <br /> basin as a retention facility is to install a <br /> � box inlet structure around the upstream end of <br /> the culvert draining French Lake under C.S.A.H. <br /> � 51. To this end, a level survey was conducted <br /> • in the area of the culvert. A map showing the <br /> results is attached. <br /> + ccording to the survey results , and assuming <br /> �io objection from the County Public Works <br /> Department, it would be feasibile to install <br /> a an inlet structure with an outrun elevation <br /> of 930. 0 M.S.L.
