Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> i <br /> � Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, VARIANCE <br /> read into the record the following variance 185 Bederwood <br /> � request of Randy Fredrickson, 185 Bederwood, #268 <br /> dated May 11, 1977: Randy Fredrickson <br /> f <br /> Randy Fredrickson, 185 Bederwood, is requesting _ <br /> � a variance to permit addition of three bedrooms <br /> and an enlarged living room bay to an existing <br /> � home. The contractor applied for a permit without <br /> � a survey. He was informed that a survey was <br /> required and a variance appeared likely. He <br /> S returned with a variance application May 10, 1977, <br /> and within an hour a subcontractor had called for <br /> a footing inspection. Inspection was refused <br /> and a STOP WORK ORDER was placed on the project. <br /> The excavation was already completed at that time <br /> • with no permit having been issued.
