Johnson is considering this lot as a building site. The records indicate <br /> Marie R'aldusky �s the fee owner of the property (Parcel 8200) . The adjacent lot <br /> (Parcel 8000) is also owned by Marie }4aldus]ry, This v�as originally one parcel <br /> (Lot 33 . I haven't been able to find any records as to when Lot 3 k�as split, but <br /> � this district k�as zoned 1/2 acre as far back as 1967. The entire Lot 3 before <br /> being split was only 100' k�ide with an area of only 19,345 sq. ft. Even this <br /> area lacks 2,435 sq, ft, of ineeting the 1/2 acre requirement. <br /> I did not require a survey for this proposal.
