The City Council has to reconsider <br /> all conditions past and present and through the <br /> � Drive-In management determine if the theatre is <br /> � going to comply and establish a long-range plan for <br /> full control or suspend the license until compliance <br /> � is evident. <br /> � Mayor Van Nest asked representatives of Northwest <br /> Cinema if they desired a recess to respond to the <br /> � City' s conditions. <br /> � Mr. Braverman replied, yes, they would. <br /> � Mayor Van Nest recessed the public hearing at 9 : 45 P.M. <br /> � for 15 minutes.
