Generally, the proposal <br /> is similar to the previous one with a five part <br /> � program taking approximately one year to complete <br /> with the difference being in the dollar figure <br /> � which is now $34 ,000 with possible additional <br /> costs for more meetings and copies of the plan <br /> � summary. It was then suggested that Mr. Short <br /> attend the City Council meeting of the before <br /> � mentioned communities so that the proposal could be <br /> heard by all of the Council members. �Zr. Short <br /> � agreed to attend meetings during the month of <br /> � May along with the respective Joint Trails Commissioner <br /> from each of the communities. <br /> � <br /> Also discussed was the cost breakdown of the plan , <br /> � and it was suggested that the Goals and Objectives <br /> portion of the plan was used equally by all <br /> � communities, that the first $7,000 of the cost be <br /> � divided equally among each of the communities. <br /> Another cost would be in drawing up of the Joint <br /> � Powers Agreement and mailing, etc. , for an estimated <br /> cost of $2, 000 which would also be shared equally. <br /> he total of these would be $1,000 per community <br /> ith the remaining cost to be apportioned by the <br /> � previous formula. This is a proposed breakdown <br /> and could be changed by the final Joint Powers <br /> � Agreement. <br /> � Following the presentation by Mr. Short to the <br /> � City Council of each of the communities, it <br /> will be necessary for the City Councils to take <br /> � the necessary action so that the Joint Powers <br /> • Agreement may be drawn up and signed. <br /> • H.
