On April 25, 1977, I was instructed <br /> � by Mr. Benson to proceed with implementing the <br /> installation. <br /> � <br /> The installation of the Shoppers Charge card <br /> � presents no special problems. We need to sign the <br /> � Member Agreement (2 copies) and they will bring <br /> out all the necessary supplies when the application <br /> ` is approved. <br /> � For the BankAmericard and Master Charge cards, we <br /> must open a checking account at the First National . <br /> • Bank of Wayzata. Therefore, we need to initiate <br /> � a resolution to designate this bank as a depository. <br /> In addition, we need to sign the respective Merchant <br /> � Agreenent for each card company.
