I find <br /> � it is a substandard lot adjoining another substandard <br /> lot (Loti 160) and also abutting the rear lot line <br /> • of Lots 169 & 170. Therefore, Mr. Oas could combine <br /> ! this three lots, or we could request combination with <br /> Lot 160 to provide a building site. <br /> � Lot 159 has been assessed for sewer and water laterals, <br /> � 1/2 water unit and zero sewer units. <br /> • We cannot waive the lateral assessments. If Lots 159, <br /> 169 & 170 are combined, we might consider waiving <br /> S the 1/2 water unit assessment, but we would end up <br /> ! with another substandard lot in Lot 160.
