French on May 4 , 1977, and <br /> told him Orono could not deny a permit on a <br /> building site that complies with code as it is <br /> zoned two-acre residential. <br /> � He asked if the City might consider rezoning <br /> Big Island to prevent any further building. <br /> Mr. Muhich also stated that he did not know <br /> exactly where we stand regarding parks and land ' <br /> dedicated for public use. Orono has declared <br /> a moratorium on park lands.
