I noted to you that as far as I knew, <br /> the City of Orono had no objection to adopting those rules <br /> and regulations, it is just that I, as attorney, would like <br /> to know what authority the MWCC allegedly has to require <br /> � such adoption. Moreover, as I noted to you, I would appre- <br /> ciate receiving from you, if you have them, copies of ordi- <br /> nances from other municipalities, which ordinances adopted <br /> these rules and regulations.
