Hacking commented that Victoria Grain Company <br /> � wants to reserve the right to apply for a dredging <br /> permit at a later date. <br /> � <br /> Mayor Van Nest stated that portion of Outlot A, <br /> � that is determined as part of Lake Minnetonka <br /> and is navigable, is all that should be considered <br /> � �or future dredging.
