Conservation easement. <br /> � 2 . Reserve right to construct dock 6 ' wide to <br /> channel. <br /> ! Mayor Van Nest to Mr. Hacking: Was not your <br /> � original request to develop Lots 1-6, with an <br /> Outlot A? <br /> � <br /> Mr. Hacking: Yes . <br /> � <br /> . Mayor Van Nest: In reviewing the Planning <br /> Commission Minutes of April 18, 1977 recommenda- <br /> � tions 1-4 : <br /> l . Conservation easement over the wetlands with <br /> � provisions for providing access to the lake <br /> � for the riparian owners. Is that all righ�? <br /> Mr. Hacking: Yes. <br /> � <br /> ! 2. This access would be limited to one com.�on <br /> dock for all proper�y owners with a 6 ' wide <br /> � dock to navigable waters. Is that a11 right? <br /> , Mr. Hacking: Yes. <br /> � Mr. Hacking handed a rough draft of a pr000s�d <br /> ease:�.ent to Mr. Malkerson for his review. <br /> � <br /> Ni_r, Don Schultzman, representing property owners <br /> � contiguous to the proposed developr�lent� asked the <br /> City Council if they intended to approve the <br /> � dredg�_ng. <br /> # M�.
