Ronnie Kullberg, 3600 Shoreline Drive, appeared <br /> before the City Council to discuss the Navarre Drive- <br />� In Theatre stating that the theatre management had <br /> s not adhered to conditions as set forth in last year' s <br /> 1_icense. Trash, policing, and ground maintenance <br /> is a reoccurring problem. Fencing requirements <br /> should be enforced. Councilman ti•.alter 2�lassenqale <br />"� �sked I�ir. Kullberg if the West Hennepin Chamber of <br /> Comrierce, of which i•ir. Kullberg is a me;�ber, would <br /> be interested in encouraging North �•7est Cinema to <br /> improve their operation.
