Regulations of Operations : The shows will <br /> not start before 7: 30 P.M. or at dusk. <br /> � <br /> 2 . Control of Traffic: t9hen the traffic is at <br /> � the heaviest, the management will have enough <br /> �r�ployees on duty to get patrons in expeditiously. <br /> � <br /> � 3. Exit and Entry Lights : A new manager has been <br /> hired and will keep everything in good r�pair <br /> � at all times. <br /> � 4. Time of riovie Closing: Closing time is normally <br /> 1 : 00 A. M, and 2 : 00 A. M, when daylight time is <br /> � in effect. <br /> 5. Screening Fence : There is a crowth of trees <br /> � between the theatre and the residential area <br /> and to the east is a com�-�ercial section and <br /> � considering that they are both in business <br /> at different times, there will be no problem. Types of Movies: ihe management will have no <br /> ::-rated moveies and will attempt to play all <br /> � the PG and G rated moveies that are available. <br /> 0 8. Litter and tiaeeds : The management will make sure \ <br /> that the janitorial service cleans up early <br /> � and maintains the grounds. <br /> � 9 . Curiew for Cnildren: Only people who are <br /> � permitted to drive are allowed,except children, <br /> when accompanied by parents. <br /> � 10. Policing Help: The theatre will maintain <br /> personnel to control patrons , but in the <br /> � event of a serious problem, the management <br /> , will call the local enforcement agency to <br /> handle problems. <br /> � 11.
