The existing structure is 1, 543 sq, ft. <br /> in _area. The proposed addition would be 3, 360 sq, ft. <br /> e in area plus a small 15 ' X 15' foyer. The ordinance <br /> calls for one parking space for each 200 sq. ft. of � <br /> office floor area and one parking space for each 700 sq. <br /> ft. of storage and entry area. Using this ratio, the <br /> operation would require 40 parking spaces. The plan <br /> indicates 42 parking spaces. <br /> , The lot area meets the B-4 zoning area requirements. <br /> The proposed structure would meet all setback <br />, requirements. <br />' Planning Commission 2ieeting - March 7, 1977. <br />! The Zoning Administrator presented the proposed site <br />; � and elevation plan. Proposal consists of two floors. <br /> First floor will be occupied by applicant and second <br /> ' floor will be rented out until such a time when <br /> applicant would be able to take over the second floor. <br /> 3dition would be of the same architecture and would <br /> ,:,e no higher than present structure.
