Orono' s official reply to the Systems <br /> Statement delivered to Sandy Dean. <br /> � b. Sandy Dean: "the 1990 lstJSA is pretty <br /> well resolved - if the 1990 growth <br /> � ' can be accommodated. " <br /> c. MWCC (Ray Odie) believes that all <br /> • development within the interceptor <br /> service area must be connected within <br /> � two years, or he cannot approve of <br /> � the sewer plan. <br /> d. Elaine Stanley says that if Orono will <br /> � define health standards deterrlinating <br /> sewer connection requirerients, that <br /> � Metro Council should accept "future" <br /> hookups with no fixed time schedule. <br /> � e. Don Bloom (MWCC) to get Orono a letter <br /> on their review of our Sewer Plan. <br /> f. Sandy Dean to circulate a memo and get <br /> � Orono a response to Metro Council staff <br /> feelings about our P'IUSA line problems. <br /> � 1-19-77 Letter of Transmittal to John Boland, Metro <br /> ,� Council, with copies of our reply and <br /> revisions to the Orono Preliminary Systems <br /> � Statement. <br /> + 3-4-77 Orono officials and staff r.1et with Metro <br /> Council staff to discuss progress on <br /> , resolving the MUSA line question.-- <br /> a. - Sandy Dean wants Orono to "be prepared <br /> � to expand the Urban Service Area".= <br /> Says the r'IUSA line shown by Metro <br /> � Council will not be changed on the final <br /> systems statement, and will charge only <br /> '� if and when the final Orono Plan is <br /> � approved. <br /> b. Orono staff went to MWCC to see why Orono <br /> + had not yet received any transcript of <br /> the 11-10-76 interceptor public hearing. <br /> � It was discovered that a final report had <br /> been prepared by MWCC and forwarded to <br /> r the MPCA (and P�etro Council?) on 2-8-77, <br /> • but that Orono had never been so informed. <br /> Orono requested copies of same. <br /> � 3-8-77 Orono received two copies of the Orono-Long Lake <br /> � Interceptor final report. Orono received letter <br /> from Sandy Dean with meeting schedule to review <br /> � the sewer question.
