We purchased <br /> -' the site in 1970 for that stated purpose. We have <br /> • since researched several items in our planning <br /> process including those which you identified of <br /> � declining enrollments and surplus buildings and <br /> still conclude that the West Campus is a most <br /> � feasible and necessary solution to meet the needs <br /> of those who are currently being denied or who <br /> � are now on a lengthy waiting list or traveling <br /> � considerable distances to our North or South campus <br /> in order to learn a skill and become a fully <br /> � contxibuting member of their community.
