[�le feel that this is a health <br /> � ��azard in both the summer and the wintere As <br /> this feeding of birds is done adjoining to a public <br /> bathing beach, it has brought about very unsanitary <br /> � swiruning conditions, not to mention what these <br /> birds do with their excrement on docks and lawns <br /> in the neighboring area. By maintaining open <br /> water in the winter time, it creates a dangerous <br /> a.�ea for young children playing and skating on <br /> nearby ice, It also leaves open water from the <br /> public access to the lake. <br /> We have no objection to a few birds, but birds now <br /> n�mber in the many hundreds and �ae feel that this <br /> area of Lake Minnetonka was not intended to be <br /> a game refuge.
