Otto <br /> • Christensen, DNR representative, remarked that <br /> the Dr1R does want to coordinate efforts with <br /> � policing of the trail with various communities. <br /> � PZro Judd Ringer, 495 Willow Drive South, commented <br /> that he was concerned that this type of trail <br /> r development would benefit the City of Oronoo <br /> � Taking this property off the tax rolls would seem <br /> to be contrary to public opinion. PZr. Ringer <br /> � stated that he felt that this proposal should <br /> � be considered very carefully. P�Ir. Donala Scott <br /> �mar}ced that this proposal would attract <br /> � _ctivity that requires close scrutiny. Fern <br /> Kubalsky stated that this request is compatible <br /> � with the recent park surveyo A�rse Pat Dickey <br /> commented that she does want to retain the <br /> � existing 100 acres as it is today and restriCtins <br /> are built into the 18 acre gift to the DNR. Mayor <br /> � Van Nest stated that the City is concerned with <br /> � taking land off the tax rolls. <br /> � Ilassengale moved, Butler seconded, to adopt R�SOLUTION #741 <br /> Resolution #�741, A Resolution Approving The Dickey Subdivision <br /> • Dickey Subdivision. r2otion, Ayes (4) - <br /> • Nays (0) , <br /> � <br /> Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, SUBDIVISION <br /> i stated that although the enclosed copy of rnylar 511 North Ferndale Roa�� <br /> was submitted January 3, 1977, Klaus Becker, #156 <br /> � 511 North Ferndale Road, appeared before the Klaus Becker <br /> � Planning Commission January 3, 1977 requesting <br /> approval of final plate 2 do not know if the <br /> � title opinion has been cleared by our attorney, <br /> (this is, both the original parcel and that which <br /> � was to be purchased from the Wayzata Country Club) . <br /> �e Planning Commission, however, recommended <br /> approval subject to clearing all unknowns. <br /> • (Continued) <br /> • <br /> • <br />
