Craig r�sitchell, Trail Planner for the Department <br /> � of Tdatural Resources, stated that Ann Niforopulos <br /> is purchasing a parcel of land from the tiVilliam <br /> � Dickey' s in Sec. 4, Twp, 117N, R23@, in Hennepin <br /> County, lying northerly of the Luce Line Trail. <br /> �' She is then proposing a partial donation of this <br /> � parcel to the State Department of Natural Resources <br /> in the amount of approximately 18 plus acres. <br /> � This property will be used for conservation purposes <br /> � and greatly complement the Luce Line Trail. <br /> � The Department intenc�s to develop this property <br /> with a minimum amount of change to the existing <br /> � natural asthetics, There will be no parking or <br /> � motorized recreational use. This property will <br /> �t be developed for orgainzed recreation such as <br /> � _all fields, etc. Fencing this property will <br /> not be mandatory and be the responsibility of <br /> � the adjacent land owners if they feel it necessary. <br /> '� A site plan has not been drafted, but all development <br /> will be as primitive in nature as possible and <br /> � may consist of the followinga <br /> � 1.
