L�Ie have VARIANCES & CONDITIOIIAI, <br /> had some problems in the area previously so USE PERP�IIT <br /> � the applicant should be made aware of the 2425 Scotch Pine Lane <br /> approval necessary before filling or grading (Continued) <br /> Lot 2 for lake access. <br /> P�anning Commission I�leeting - October 4, 1976 <br /> �Ir. & I�Irs. Conry presented proposal. A lengthy <br /> discussion followed. Planning Commission was <br /> very concerned about extent of non-conf�rmity <br /> and l�otential effect on health standards from <br /> inadequate onsite sewac�e systems especially <br /> after determining two acre sites as minimum <br /> lot area for sustaining an adequate onsite <br /> sewage disposal system. Planning Comnission <br /> requested applicant consider replatting entire <br /> plat and submit revised plans for Planning <br /> Commission and Council consideration. Applicant <br /> , �aas somewhat doubtful of obtaining approval of <br /> replat from the two other adjoining property <br /> , owners. The Planning Commission then requested <br /> statement irom neighbors along with revised <br /> plat. Applicant aqreed to comply with request <br /> and also include a perc test for the subject <br /> � lot to eliminate the possible danger of pollution <br /> from inadequate septic system. <br /> Staff - October 7, 1976 <br /> Applicant in office to discuss information <br /> concerning possible replatting. No written <br /> statement from neighbors has been supplied. <br /> S a soil report and perc test data have been <br /> submitted and approved by the engineer ner his <br /> � letter of October 8, 1976. <br /> Planning Commission ttleeting - October 18, Z976 <br /> Applicant returned with original proposal. <br /> Stated that neighbors would not agree to street <br /> f vacation or replatting. Soils testing was done <br /> and ap�roved by City �ngineer as }aeinc� acceptable <br /> for onsite septic system construction. The <br /> Planning Commission recommended approval for <br /> variances as requested due to unavailability <br /> of additional land, and approval of conditional <br /> use permit for dock subject to no other accessory <br /> building on Lot 4 and that Lot 4 always be in <br /> same ownership as Lot 2e <br /> Butler moved, �delsh seconded, that the variances <br /> � and conditional use Permit for Lake P�innetonka <br /> Homes, 2425 Scotch Pine Lane, be approved per <br /> the Planning Commission �linutes of October 18, <br /> 19 7 6.
