Con�inued public hearing until <br /> next meeting of the Planning Comrnission for <br /> drainage plan so as not to affect neighboring <br /> �roperties (representative informed) . <br /> Staff - October 5, 1976 <br /> Also called Van �eckhout office and left <br /> message with secretary to inf_orm Mr. Van <br /> Eeckhout of Planning Commission action, <br /> Planning Commission I�Reeting - October 18, 1976 <br /> I�Tr. Van Eeckhout presented the original <br /> proposal with notations showing no change in <br /> the existing drainage patterns across the <br /> property. Communication from the City <br /> S Engineer indicated that he had no objections <br /> to the drainage pro�osals. The Planning <br /> Commission recommended approval of the nreliminary <br /> subdivision subject to showing any drainage <br /> easements as may be required by the City <br /> Engineer, subject to payment of a park dedication <br /> fee and subject to approval of the final piat. <br /> elsh moved, Butler seconded, that the subdivision <br /> request for r�ir.
