Motion, <br /> F.yes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Henry PZuhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, SUPrR VALU STORE <br /> , stated that the Council meeting of July 26, 1976 3333 Shoreline Drive <br /> approved site and building elevation plans <br /> � subject to incorporating french drain system <br /> as recommended by rginnehaha Creek Watershed <br /> Di�trict and payment of additional commercial <br /> sewer unit charges due on the property for <br /> Super Valu Store, 3333 Shoreline Drive. <br /> � Status report - August 5, 1976 <br /> The overall building permit for Super Valu has <br /> not as yet been issued as all conditions set <br /> � forth in the Resolution have not been met as <br /> of this date. I am enclosing copies of the <br /> resolutions and calculations for the additional <br /> se���er unit charges due. I have sent copies of <br /> both to T�ro Rod Hillstrom of Super Valu also. <br /> �Upon receipt of the proper signatures and unit <br /> charges, along with the permit fee and SAC charges, <br /> ' the final building permit will be issued. <br />
