<br /> � and 162 were ta be gold to Gerald Haley and
<br /> that Ta1r, Haley had recei�v�c� a verbal commitment,
<br /> � from Jack Corl who has been out of town, to
<br /> purchase Lot 1,60. These three lots would be
<br /> � used as one l�uilding site. Mr. Johnson would
<br /> keep for himself on� site which would include
