Two of the complaints were heard in court and charges would be dismissed after the � lapse of proscribed time set by the courtso Chief I:ilbo felt this was an excessive S amoun� of complaints for this establishment and called attention to Resolution ��617, � issued in conjunction with their 1975 liquor license, in which the otaner stated � he would construct a partition to divide • the liquor serving area from the recreational area of the building or to quit allowing minors in the establishment, He noted that his had not been done.
