Planning Commission P�eeting - January 19, 1976 A lot of fill would be required if the proposed location of the house were to be moved west to r.leet the 50 ' side yard setback requirement because of the continuous drop in elevation toward the west. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the 15' varianceo Butler moved, Searles seconded, to approve the �ariance for poug Heinsch, 4025 Watertown Road, based on the January 19 , 1976 Planning Commission findin�s, rdotion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) , Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Adrninistrator, CONDITIONAL USE PERTIIT stated that a somewhat hazardous condition 1449 Shoreline Drive exists in the seawall of the launching ramp on the property of PZinnetonka I3oat iaorks, 1449 Shore- line Drive, The extreme force of the fill has caused these walls to bulge in to result in a hazardous situation. The owner is requesting approval of a conditional use permit to excavate along these walls, re-erect these existing walls and refill the area excavatede Z would recommend approval of the propo5al to repair the existing hazardous situation.
