Doug Heinsch, 4025 Watertown 4025 t^�atertown Road <br /> i Road, is requesting two variances on his property <br /> before applying for a buildinQ permit. The <br /> property is located in a RR-lA (5 acre) zoned <br /> districte The parcel exceeds the minimum 5 acre <br /> lot area, however, the lot is only 230 ' wide <br /> and would require a 70 ° variance from the 300 ° <br /> requirementa The proposed location would also <br /> necessitate a side yard setback variance of 15 ' <br /> from the required 50 ' requirement. <br /> I would recommend approval as the areas of all <br /> the abutting properties are all large enough <br /> to maintain safe spans from any existing <br /> ' structure.
