This <br /> ,� review process will take approximately one <br /> week, <br /> 3> The City of Orono should then prepare a <br /> resolution by the City Council designating the <br /> proposed roadway as an MSA street and removing <br /> tidatertown Road from the NSA systema <br /> , 4. The Tiinnesota Highway Department Commissioner <br /> will designate the route as part of the PiSA <br /> � system. This review and designation should <br /> take approximately one month. <br /> � 5o The City selects the exact route and prepares <br /> � the engineering nlans, showing the roadway <br /> plan and profiles and street sections and <br /> � designates the right-of-way to be acquired. <br /> This process will take approximately two monthso <br /> � 6. �1'he i�tinnesota Highway Department okays the plans <br /> � and authorizes the City to acquire right-of-way. <br /> This review and authorization will take approximately <br /> � one month. <br /> a 7, The City of Orono acquires right-of-way utilizing <br /> the funds of the 1�ZSA Program. This right-of-way <br /> � acquisition procedure will take 8-12 months. <br /> � 8. Final construction plans are prepared by the City. <br /> This step rec�uires approximately two months, <br /> � 90 The liiinnesota Highway Department reviews and okays <br /> the plans and specifications and authorizes <br /> the bidding of the project. This authorization <br /> takes approximately one month. <br /> •10. The City of Orono receives bids for the proposed <br /> construction work.
