If <br /> they want to do the work as shown,they will need to include a planting plan, and provide the proposed seed <br /> mixture. <br /> • This would normally require an additional escrow(separate of the erosion control escrow), but since this will <br /> minimally impact the buffer area,the City can tie both the erosion control and wetland buffer escrow into the <br /> one$2500 amount.
