If <br /> they want to do the work as shown, they will need to include a planting plan, and provide the proposed seed <br /> mixture. <br /> • This woufd normally require an additional escrow (separate of the erosion control escrow), but since this will <br /> minimally impact the buffer area,the City can tie both the erosion control and wetland buffer escrow into the <br /> one$2500 amount. The applicant should be aware this means the escrow will not be returned until the buffer <br /> area has established itself and has been inspected by the City's wetland specialist. <br /> i <br />
