The purpose of
this investigation is to identify and evaluate soil and water properties associated with the sit
with respect to establishing a single family residnce therean.
Five soil borings were performed to depths of between 10 feet and 24 fet within the
project area. In addition, iabvratory tests were run upan selected soil sarnpls. From the
resulting data, conclusions are drawn regarding site suitability for the proposed use ar,d
recommendations are developed, based upon, information gathered to date within the
presently authorized scope af services, for site crrection procedures and foundation and slab
design.
TOBSER}( T10N
The s;te is n existing residertial lot in an aimost fully dvelopad residential
neighborhood consisting of mosdy targer residential lots. Grades have not been formally established. Most likely,
the garage slab elevatian wiil be 2'± above adjacent strect level, level that eould provide
adeqte drainage from the structure.
