ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD JULY 8, 19;5 Page 10 <br /> � Searles moved, Butler seconded, to approve WAYZATA YACHT CLUB <br /> the license application for the Wayzata Yacht �icense <br /> Club to construct a dock at Morse Island Park, <br /> Big Island, subject to staff review concerning <br /> possible conditional uses in previous years. <br /> T�Iotion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> ` <br /> After discussing concerns with fire hazards RESOLUTION #626 <br /> and overall uses of Big Island, Wayzata Yacht Club <br /> � Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to adopt Conditional Use <br /> Resolution #626 granting a conditional use <br /> permit to the Wayzata Yacht Club to locate a <br /> dock, picnic, playground and beach area on <br /> Big Island subject to the following conditionso <br /> la The use of the area shall be limited to <br /> members of the �layzata Yacht Club and their <br /> guests. <br /> 2, No structures may be built on the site <br /> except for a dock and a small portable chemical <br /> i sanitary facility. <br /> 3o Trash and refuse shall be removed from the <br /> site daily by person or persons who brought <br /> same to the site. No trash may be allowed to <br /> accumulate on the site. <br /> 4. There may be no removal of vegetation from <br /> the site. <br /> 5� There may be no permanent mooring or docking <br /> of any type of boats at the site, with the <br /> exception of the owner who may dock his boat <br /> subject to other applicable regulations. <br /> 6o Any dock constructed or maintained on the <br /> site shall conform to the Lake Minnetonka <br /> Conservation District Guidelines and the <br /> applicable ordinances of the City; the dock is <br /> limited to 100 feet in length. <br /> 7. There may be no mooring buoys placed on the <br /> lake adjacent to the site. <br /> 8. The applicant acknowledges the fact that <br /> it has no vested rights to these permits in <br /> the future and that the City may refuse to <br /> grant similar permits for next year. <br /> 9. The City may revoke the permits if at any <br /> time the appiicant or anyone uses this site <br /> contrary to the applicable municipal ordinances <br /> and the provisions of this resolution. <br /> 10, The applicant shall remove all structures <br /> �nd the dock from the site by December 1, 1975 <br /> nless the applicant has �een granted permission <br /> to maintain the dock and structures after <br /> December 1, 1975, <br /> 11.
