Our conclusion is that this would be acceptable
as long as no earthwork be commenced that would constitute site improvements. To that end, we would establish the
following conditions of approvaL•
/1. Obtain a City demolition permit for the buildings. Permit fee plus$2,500 escrow required.
/2. Obtain a City land alteration permit for the mercury clean-up. Permit fee plus$20,000 escrow required.
/ Escrows subject to our standard escrow agreement.
J 3. We will not require that the Development Agreement be signed prior to issuing these two permits.
. We will not require the Letter of Credit to be submitted for this site cleanup work.
. Provide City with copies of any other agency permits required for the remediation, and provide information as
to disposal site. Our intent is to have a clear understanding of all aspects so that we are in a position to answer
questions from the public if asked.
. Preconstruction meeting required to review on-site and off-site haul routes, site access points, etc. (provide a
map) and to confirm for all parties the location and positive protection of septic sites and other areas where
vehicle traffic must be avoided.
0.
