<br /> � Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to approve APPOINTMENT
<br /> � the appointment of AIr. ��alter Lathrop to the Park Commission
<br /> Park Commission replacing PZr. George r3astny,
<br /> � past Park Commission member, whose tetim expires
<br /> December 31, 1975. Motion, Ayes (5) - ilays (0) .

<br /> � P�Ir, Brad Van Nest, Planning Commission member, LAND USE PLAN
<br /> discussed with the City Council the proposed
<br /> • zoning incorporating the land use plan, the
<br /> • classification of streets, and the formulation
<br /> �f official maps. The City engineer was
<br /> � instructed by the City Council to work with
<br /> the Planning Commission on these matters.

<br /> � Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to refund to REFUND
<br /> Van Dale, Inc. the permit fee, State fee, and Van Dale, Inc.
<br /> � SAC charges totaling $1,000.00. Van Dale�, Inc.
<br /> has withdrawn its request to construct a ware-
<br /> � house at this ti.me. P�lotion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
<br /> � Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to grant the VARIANCE
<br /> � variance for ponald Ekeberg, 1056 Loma Linda 1056 Loma Linda Avenue
<br /> Avenue, conditioned on a one-year statute of

<br /> �ingle separate ownership with sewer available.
