There was some evidence broi.�ght tzp in some of the law suits about <br /> boat congestion, but the evidence was so inconclusive as to the actual <br /> amount of congestion that it wasn ' t given any force by the court . <br /> Whitehead : Have the three of you ever diseussed the possibility of <br /> some sort of combined plan where the three of you have enough docks so <br /> that you all h��ve an attractive operation, but yet we don ' t hav� to go <br /> through this every year.
