Hello Christine,
I was wondering if you have had a chance to look over the new surveys I dropped off last Friday for the landscape
projects on the 3 Gonyea Homes properties?
I also had a question about 140 Kintyre LN—The buyer of that home would like to do a circular driveway that has 2
entrance points from the street. Are there any codes/regulations that I should be aware of for this? I understand that
we would have to submit a new plan and survey.
Thank you,
Mike King
L,andscaPe Design
. Thank you for providing scaled plans, printable on 11 x 17 size paper,we really appreciate it.
We have reviewed the plans submitted and request the survey be updated to reflect:
• Retaining walls. The landscape plan and approved survey show retaining walls in different locations and
configurations. Please clarify. Top and bottom of wall elevations must be shown.
• The driveway modification.
• The proposed patio.
• The proposed berms. Please note the berms cannot be located within the 5'drainage and utility easement.
• Fire pit. Have the surveyor show how the fire pit area is going to fit/be cut into the slope. The alternate septic
area must be fenced off and the fire pit a minimum of 10'from the edge of the alternate site.
2
