The survey submitted dated 4-7-16 states <br /> it's the foundation as-built survey. <br /> If you are proposing a change to the landscape plan, please submit two copies,to scale of the updated landscape plan <br /> showing the proposed circular driveway and two curb cuts. We will also need two,full-size copies of the survey showing <br /> the proposed changes.
