<br />� 2. That the following are prohibited in perpetuiry within the we,tland buffer:
<br /> � A. Constructing, installing, or maintaining anything made by man, including
<br /> � but not limited to buitdings, structvres, walkways, fetices, firepiaces,
<br /> I clothes line poles,piayground equipment,roads or hardcover of any nature
<br /> ! whatsoever, except: 1) feeders,bird houses, and other devices intended to
<br /> foster wildlife; 2) doeks or boardwalks when allowet9 by City ordinance
<br /> and under a valid City pernut; 3) retaining walts when allowed by City
<br /> ordinance and under a valid City pernnit.
<br /> � B. Cutting, rnowi�tg or removin,g shrubs or other vegetation, and cutting or
<br /> I removing trees greater than four inches in diameter, except for tree disease
<br /> control by or as directed by a governmental agency. Gra,ntors may remove
<br /> brush,diseased or dead tras of any size,and noxious weeds.

<br /> j 3 Establishment an¢ Maintenance of Wetland Buffer. The wetland buffer, as
<br /> i descn'bed and as shown in Exhibit A, shaq be established and improved io become
<br /> an"acceptable buffer area"as described within City Ordinances,and shall thereafter
<br /> be maintainod by G�antors in perpetuity free from mowing or ottter vegetative
<br /> disturbance, fertiliur application, yard or other wasle disposal, t6e placement of
<br /> s�uctures or any other alteration that impedes the function of tIu buffer in protecting
<br /> the quality of weter in the wetland or but�ering flows into the wetfand.
