Constructing, installing, or maintaining anything made by cnan, including <br /> but not limited to buildings, structures, wallcways, fences, retaining wails, <br /> , fireplaaes, clothes line poles, playground equipment, roarls, hardcover of <br /> any kind,underground utility lines and d'►stribution equipment, Iight poles, <br /> traffic signals, traffic regulatory signs, mailboxes; except: 1) feeders, bird <br /> ho�ses, and other devices iatended to foster wildlife; and 2) docks or <br /> ? boardwalks when allawed by City ordinance and under a valid City <br /> permi� <br /> B.
