<br />Schoenzeit moved, Olson seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. 16-3847, Charles
<br />Cudd, LLC, on behalf of DDK, LLC, 2525, 2535, and 2545 Shadywood Road, granting of a
<br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment, subject to Staff recommendations. VOTE: Ayes 6, Nays 0.
<br />Schoenzeit moved, McGrann seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. 16-3847,
<br />Charles Cudd, LLC, on behalf of DDK, LLC, 2525, 2535, and 2545 Shadywood Road, granting
<br />rezoning to RPUD, subject to Staff recommendations. VOTE: Ayes 6, Nays 0.
<br />Schoenzeit moved, McGrann seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. 16-3847,
<br />Charles Cudd, LLC, on behalf of DDK, LLC, 2525, 2535, and 2545 Shadywood Road, granting of
<br />preliminary plat approval, subject to a detailed landscape plan being submitted to the City prior to
<br />the City Council meeting and with the recommendation that the City Council hold a public hearing
<br />on the application. VOTE: Ayes 6, Nays 0.
<br />Barnhart noted the City Council is not legally obligated to hold a public hearing and that the Planning
<br />Commission cannot require that one be held. Barnhart stated any public comments could be sent to Staff
<br />prior to the City Council meeting.
<br />Schoenzeit moved, McGrann seconded, to recommend approval of Application No. 16-3847,
<br />Charles Cudd, LLC, on behalf of DDK, LLC, 2525, 2535, and 2545 Shadywood Road, granting of
<br />preliminary plat approval, subject to a detailed landscape plan being submitted to the City prior to
<br />the City Council meeting and with the recommendation that the City Council take public comments
<br />from any interested residents in attendance at the meeting. VOTE: Ayes 6, Nays 0.
