2. Not outdoor seating may be established without Council approval of a modification to this <br />Conditional Use Permit resolution. <br />3. No liquor license may be issued for the premises. <br />4. Food service area shall not be open later than 10 pm. <br />5. All necessary City construction permits must be obtained prior to the commencement of <br />construction. <br />6. The parking as provided on the site plan exceeds the requirements as required by <br />ordinance. <br />7. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Owner, but are <br />permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the project within <br />one year of the date of the Council approval or the CUP will expire on that date (September <br />12, 2017). <br />8.
