Mulch: (Need�d only for seeding.) Shall be of wood or paper cellulose types of commerciai <br /> mulch materials often used in conjunction with hydroseeding operations. Mulches of straw, pine <br /> needles, etc. will not be accepta.ble because of their low moisture holding capacity. <br /> G.
